Transportation Details
Arrivals
Kalmar has provided an Uber voucher link that can be used to pay for an Uber from the airport to the resort. To access your one-time voucher, follow the link below. This voucher is only redeemable for rides from the Charleston International Airport to the Wild Dunes Resort.
Departures
As the resort is 25 miles from the airport it can be difficult to secure an Uber. For this reason, we will have shuttles running at the top of every hour on Thursday, October 28th from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Please provide us with your departure flight information so we can ensure there is enough shuttle capacity during these times. If your flight falls outside of the 8am to 5pm window, we will do our best to assist in securing transportation.
Wednesday Activities
Below are the three activities available to attendees on October 27th.
Golf
Location: Harbor Course
Time: All participants have been preassigned tee-times. The first tee-time will start at 10:00am with a new group starting every 10 minutes. You will soon receive an email with your specific tee-time and group.
Spa
Location: The Spa at Sweetgrass
Time: All participants have been preassigned appointment times. You will soon receive an email with your specific time.
Catamaran Cruise
Details: The shuttles will begin loading at 10:30am at the Sweetgrass Inn Front Drive. The cruise will begin at 11:30am and will dock at 1:30pm.

COVID Protocol
Kalmar is currently monitoring the COVID situation in the United States and the Charleston area. We will continue to bring you updates as the event date approaches.
Kalmar's current policy will be for all participants (whether vaccinated or not) to wear masks throughout the duration of the week while indoors and in crowded areas.
