Andy Low How Wei
Project Manager, Kalmar, Port Klang, Malaysia
I started working for Kalmar in 2003 as a Service Engineer, and two years later I changed roles to become a Product Support Engineer/Project Engineer. In 2008, I was promoted to Project Manager.
I work with many different Kalmar products, including terminal tractors, empty container handlers, and reachstackers. I work daily with new projects, project executions, product support, and technical proposals. I meet all kinds of people, such as vendors and sub-contractors, colleagues from our Operations & Maintenance department, managers and engineers.
Kalmar takes good care of its employees, and it has a strong image and brand. My work is exciting – I need to use my electrical and electronics engineering, as well as industrial automotive engineering skills.
Kalmar offers many career opportunities for individuals who have an entrepreneurial attitude. Kalmar gives you the opportunity to learn and grow with the company.
